Before installing on Android

Open the G9 mobile-access page and verify the current source provided by the account service. Check your Android version, available storage and the stated compatibility requirements. Review the permissions requested by any file. An APK supplied in an unsolicited message should not be treated as verified simply because its filename includes G9.

If installation does not complete

Check whether the downloaded file is complete and matches the format expected by your device. Review the device's error message rather than repeatedly installing different files. If the source or permission request seems wrong, stop and ask the verified G9 team. Do not disable device protections just to make an unknown file run.

Using G9 on iPhone

Begin with the browser-access option available for your account. If another installation route is offered, check its source and compatibility requirements before continuing. A page mentioning iPhone access does not mean an App Store application is available. Avoid unfamiliar configuration profiles or requests to share account recovery details.

Browser and sign-in troubleshooting

Try the current verified account destination in an updated browser. Check connection problems separately from password problems: a page that will not load is different from an account that rejects credentials.
